Junior Software Developer/Tester

 

One on One Marketing is looking for a highly motivated, hard working, team player to become a member of the One on One Marketing IT Team. 

 

This is an entry level software development position that works in the Quality Assurance department of a highly successful online marketing company.  The ideal candidate would be one that desires an opportunity to learn (on the job) necessary skills to become a senior software developer of software quality assurance manager.

 

What We Need From You:

• 1 – 3 years software development experience in a classroom environment or have launched and delivered software
• Prior experience with one of the following is a must! Java,.net, Ruby, Python, C++, C#

• Experience with front end web application technology is a plus: Ajax, HTML, Java Script

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement test scenarios and plans
• Fix bugs and develop new software features
• Create and maintain testing scripts and documentation
• Provide training and ensure compliance of test cases and automated testing
• Manage the “bug review and change request process
• Create and maintain requirements and acceptance processes
